Description

The final task of this teambuilding or training program is to build a symbolic, but actual bridge. During this proces, skills such as communication, teamwork,  creativity and improvising are tested and trained. Team members will gain insight in one anothers unknown competences and they will learn to apreciate them.

Several outdoor techniques will be applied by the principles of outdoor education.

Participants are to execute different tasks in changing teams. Be aware; this is no competition. You are working towards one goal.

This program is accompanied by experienced outdoor trainers.
